    A great stay for our family preparing for a wedding. 3 bathrooms provided good access for the girlsi

    An airy warm accommodation with

    A couple of toilet flushes didn’t work initially and needed attention ( plumber in group so fixed) only 1 saucepan which could have been difficult but used microwave to get around. Sink in top room needs attention as it’s fixings are in need of repair.

    Misleading and difficult staff.

    The property initially had listed that there was an electric charger, but upon confirmation this was not the case. The staff told us that as we booked due to this charger, they would reimburse us for the charging costs during our stay. Unfortunately, claiming these costs was a very lengthy process as the staff had added their own criteria to what would result in a refund, none of which was mentioned initially. Poor customer service.

    It was a beautiful property very clean and comfortable. You could walk into city centre in about 30mins but taxis were very reasonable about £5.00. Would definitely book again in future
