    NOT SO FAIR AFTER ALL

THEY CANCELLED MY RESERVATION AND GIVE IT TO SOMEONE ELSE BEFORE MY ARRIVAL. ON ARRIVAL THEY HAD TO GIVE ME ANOTHER HOUSE 3 TIMES MORE EXPENSIVE THAN THE ONE I HAD RESERVED. I stayed one night and left for another place So bad

The fact that they cancelled my reservation and gave it out to another person without any explanation.

    Warm hearts, wonderful stay!

My stay at Kisanga Homestay was an unforgettable experience! I was picked up from the airport right on time, just as arranged, and greeted with a big, welcoming smile. The arrival with a welcome drink and a fantastic dinner was simply perfect! The Deluxe Room was actually more like a full apartment, with a well-equipped kitchen, TV, Wi-Fi, and so much more! The hot shower was amazing, and the fluffy towels were a dream. I absolutely love it when the bed linens and towels are sparkling white! The food is incredible, and the warmth and kindness I felt throughout my stay were truly beyond words. I had carefree, wonderful days at Kisanga Homestay! I will definitely be back, no question about it!

A perfect experience from pick up to check out!
