  We didn’t stay we left within 3 hours, added photos below of all the broken A/C units causing an insafe living condi

  Nothing. The property is not as described buyer beware. Only one of the A/C units works. It looks like it has water leaks. I have photos and videos of units not functioning. (See below) Also the property owner is recording you. They even admitted it. I have it in writing.

  The stay was not as described. All other properties we stayed at in Japan had great communication, great working a/c. This house was scorching hot when we arrived. The host did not even bother to have the house cooled or attempt to have it cooled. We arrived and the A/c all blowing hot air accept for downstairs unit. In addition property owner tried to use personal email to acquire personal info against Japanese law. To confirm I have this all in writing and proof. Do not believe the response to this review from property owner. BUYER BEEARE BUYER BEWARE. I tried to add more video evidence but this platform only lets me add photos. I added several photos showing water leak in walls and broken ac machines. Families stay away there are plenty of MUCH nicer places to stay you should book instead. See photos below all units were blowing hot air that are in photos below. In addition it was cooler outside than Inside the home. Unsafe, unlivable, and unacceptable. I will be reporting this property to the the fullest of my ability so this does not happen to another family. They should be shut down by booking companies.

  Cozy house for family with kid

  Overall it got everything you need in a house, and it's kid-friendly. The location is in a quiet living district. Road is a bit narrow for driving car, just need to be more careful.

  宿泊までにも詳しくメッセージを頂いたり 質問にも即､返信頂き信頼できるなと感じました。 ペット連れで車で行きましたが、駐車場も停めやすく 良かったです。イメージ通りの綺麗な部屋で快適に 過ごせました。有難うございました。
