    Agréable mais peu faire mieux

    La chambre est bien décorée, le lit est confortable et les instructions d arrivée sont claires.

    L insonorisation est inexistante (pour dire, nous entendions nos voisins discuter et faire l amour!). Malgré une belle baignoire dans la chambre il n a pas été possible d avoir un bain chaud car même pas à moitié remplie il n y avait plus d eau chaude. Un message a été envoyé à la personne qui s occupe de nous mais pas de réponse avant de le croiser 3h plus tard dans notre hall d entrée.

    Excelente apartamento para disfrutar Roma

    Excelente alojamiento para pasar unos días conociendo Roma. Muy buena ubicación para moverse caminando, el barrio Termini, tranquilo todo el día. Muy buena predisposición del dueño, Andrea. Buen colchón y excelente ducha, dos imprescindibles para una excelente estadía!

    Clean, tidy, and value for money

    Good location, about 15 mins walk from the centre but close to all local amenities and bus routes. There is a lift up to the 3rd floor which helps. Security is good re keys etc. the bed was comfortable and there was air con. Clean and tidy, as per the photos and good for the price. It was very light in the early morning.

    It was so light early in the morning, black out blinds would be good.
