    Mostly great, will definitely book again

    Position in Ripon, absolutely perfect Size Layou Decor Utility room Facilities Always a quick reply from hosts Milk and biscuits very much appreciated !

    No cafetière, condiments, kitchen roll Only 1 tea towel We didn't bring our own, as expected them to be there. Dripping tap in the kitchen, non stop for 3 days Noise (nobody's fault, to be expected being so central - but every late night reveller in Ripon seemed to pass loudly during each night) There was a pet fee - this was NOT clear from the website and not part of the booking fee, it was requested later Some links were removed, by Booking.com, such as the video on how to access the property

    It was a bit noisy because of the football and the buses sometimes going past

    Every time you turn the tap on upstairs, the tap in the kitchen kept leaking. I’ve got a video of it.
