    Плюсы: - прекрасное месторасположение, в двух шагах от пр.Шота Руставели; - бесконтактное заселение; - компактная квартира, вмещающая четырех взрослых; - чистая; - есть балкончик; - есть посуда, холодильник и стиральная машинка.

    Минусы: - на втором этаже было душновато, так как если включить кондиционер, то холодно тем, кто на первом этаже; -видно, что квартира пользуется очень большой популярностью, так как кое-где можно было бы освежить ремонт. Но на качество проживания это не влияет абсолютно.

    Nice and clean apartment, sufficient for 4 or potentially 5 people. Small 24/7 shop in the same house, many cafes and other shops nearby.
