  Disappointing stay

  Enough space for parking, solid grill station

  We booked this accomodation for a 2-week kite stay with friends. As this was rated 9.0 on booking, we had high hopes that we would have a good time with this accomodation. We were disappointed: First and foremost: the house has a big mould problem (see images). There‘s not only mould on the walls but also on the fridge, the washing machine, cutting utensils, you name it. You can also smell it, as there is a musty smell when you open some of the cabinets. When we confronted the owner about it, she failed to recognise this as an actual health issue and just sent the cleaning lady (which helped to remove some mould on the surface reachable with a ladder but not for example in the stairway). Some of the kitchen utensils were dirty, some mouldy, the washing machine was rusty and mouldy (owner said there would be a new one coming, not during the 2 weeks we stayed there though). The bedding, the towels and the sheets had a musty smell (we had to wash them per hand on arrival to get rid of it) and the pillows and mattresses themselves were dirty. The sink in the kitchen was dripping a bit and there was a reddish/ brown fluid leaking from under the fridge. I will say that the owner was very responsive to messages (the A/C was also broken, we told her and it got fixed quickly) but unfortunately she saw it as our responsibility to tell her what to fix instead of actually providing the expected clean accomodation on arrival. She also failed to recognise the mould as an actual health risk for us. All in all this was a massive disappointment for us. Be aware that the accomodation is quite unclean and mouldy when booking.

  Gemütlich und viel Platz drinnen und draußen

  Ruhige Lage, trotzdem nahe zu den Kite-Spots und schöne Ausgangslage für Ausflüge in die Umgebung. Viel Platz drinnen und draußen. Unbedingt zur Bibi-Bar in der Straße zur Unterkunft gehen, leckere Panini, leckerer Cappuccino.

  Kite-Spots, Restaurants mit 10 Minuten Spaziergang erreichbar. Mit allem was nötig ist ausgestattet. Sehr gute, sympathische und schnelle Kommunikation mit Gastgeberin. Werde wiederkommen😊!

  Exceptional

  We were a group of six and stayed for a week. The house had everything we needed, and the free access to the ProKite Alby Rondina kite area was also big plus for us. We felt truly welcomed and really enjoyed our stay:)
