    Localização em ponto estratégico, muito perto da praia da barra do jucu, praia da concha. Vários pontos turísticos nas redondezas (Castelo da barra, morro da concha, ponte da Madalena...) Recepção e atenção da Andresa foi sensacional, ambiente tranquilo para estadia.
