    It was a comfortable cottage, with everthing provided. Superb location for the beach and not far to Rye.

    There was nothing to dislike. We had a great weekend

    Nice house and accommodating host

    The house was clean & modern, comfortable sofas with ample space for dining. Bedrooms were spacious enough for what we required (2x couples), parking easy on the road outside or you can use the allocated spaces nearby but not really worth it.

    Only negative for us was the garden, we have 2x dogs, 1 of which is very small, there is a large step from the decking to the shingle area (around 300mm at it's shallowest) he couldn't make it so had to be lifted up and down.

    Fabulous property close to the beach

    The location is great. very near to the beach. Very clean and generally lovely property. It has everything you need for a great break away from home. The host was very helpful and responded quickly. Definitely recommend a stay here. It is our 2nd visit

    Very good and homely.

    Cottage was very comfortable and well equipped.Good position for the beach.

    There was no tea/coffee etc on arrival which I thought was a given for holiday rentals now.
