    Relaxing with a view

    Recommend and we will return. We encountered a couple of issue which Nerida immediatety rectified. Wonderful host, great location, even in winter. The onsite restaraunt is to die for, fabulous food.

    Poor cleanliness and irresponsive owners.

    There were dead flies on one of the beds and on spare bedsheets. there was a full ashtray of cigarette butts and peanut shells on the outside table. dishes in the kitchen were not clean. when i notified the owner they were somewhat dismissive and didn't offer to do anything except let the cleaners know for next time. We also left a child's toy there, and when we sent a message about whether we could come and retrieve it we got no response (has been almost 2 weeks now with no response).

    Would have been even nicer in the sun!

    An absolutely beautiful spot. Unfortunately it rained pretty much the whole time we were there but that brought out the pūkeko and the swans stayed close which was fun. Very comfortable, with a well equipped kitchen, everything was as described and we were happy.

    Nothing, everything was lovely.

    Great stay in a very nice resort

    Location.and facilities were superb. We were 50m from the cafe/restaurant and swim pool

    A lot of flies in the house Didn’t disturb us too much Probably the time of year and proximity to water
