    物価高

    古めかしく、風情があってとてもよかった。 またフリーサービスがついている。 お風呂に関しては貸切温泉があってとてもよい。

    ・値段に相応しくない朝食（パンと市販ヨーグルトとゆで卵のみ） ・部屋のお湯が出ない。 ・壁が薄く、隣の話し声が聞こえる ・温泉の写真とのギャップがすごく、ちんまりしてる ・オーナーの接客対応が最悪（家族経営なのか他の方は特に問題なく）

    Highly recommended and one of the best stays in Japan.

    Excellent property. The variety of onsen is great here. The owner is very nice and polite. Breakfast is a plus. They even provide kimono with the stay. Location is good as well and close to attractions. Something to consider for some people is a slight uphill while going back to bus stand with luggage from the property.

    期待はずれ

    予約時に支払いを先に済ませていたのに、受付時に300円支払う理由が分からなかった…入湯費？とかなら、料金に含めておけば良かったのでは？と思ってしまった。 また、評価が高かった分、期待値もそれなりだったため、料金分の良さはなかったと感じてしまった。 スタッフの対応は愛想は悪く(愛想が良い人もいたけど…)、古くて洗面台の黒カビとか気になってしまって清潔感もそこまであるとは言い難いと感じた。 お風呂のお湯も熱すぎて、温泉を楽しみに来たのに、あまり入っていられなかった。 2回目泊まりたいとは思えなかった。
