  我第一次遇到这种事情，当天4点要check in 联系不到负责人，我们一家大小还有老，在车上还有lobby等了1个小时半，负责人才联系回我讲miss out我的booking，搞错没有这种事情竟然可以发生，然后就等了他们处理大概15-20分

  这个地点是ok，facility也ok

  不负责任的， 灯很多坏，冲凉水力小到可怜，LRT有点吵

  Location-wise, it is ideal, with easy access to the local LRT, Mid Valley, and The Gardens Mall.

  Water pressure and hot water: The water pressure is quite low, and it takes about 1–2 minutes for the hot water to come through. It would be good to have this checked and rectified. Also, the shelf in the master bathroom is bent downward. Shampoo and body wash: The provided shampoo and body wash had an unpleasant smell. It may be better to provide commonly available branded products rather than refill commercial products. Kitchen utensils: The kitchen is lacking some basic utensils. There were only 4 spoons, 5 forks, and 1 teaspoon, as well as a rusty pot. A bread knife would also be useful for breakfast. It would be appreciated if more coffee mugs and larger drinking glasses could be provided instead of only small cups. Fan remote controls: The batteries in the fan remote controls were either missing or very weak and needed to be replaced. I have the buy replacement batteries for them. Hand towels: Bath towels were provided, but there were no hand towels. It would be helpful to provide a few hand towels in the bathrooms. The toilet seat needs to be tightened because it wobbly all the time. Ceiling lights: Some of the ceiling light bulbs were not working and should be replaced. Clothing rack: The clothing rack is quite small and is also missing one of its wheels. Cleanliness: When we checked in, we found that the kitchen shelves were dusty and had not been properly wiped. We had to do quite a bit of cleaning ourselves, including wiping the shelves and cleaning some of the plates and cups before using them. Dish-drying tray: The dish tray is missing the bottom tray that collects the dripping water. The kitchen faucet has leaks.
