  Krásné prostorné ubytování

  Vše bylo super, čisté a velmi prostorné ubytování. Kuchyň dostatečně vybavená. Pro každého kafe a čaj zdarma plus další základní suroviny na dochucení jídla k dispozici. K zapůjčení i společenské hry. Motorku jsme mohli zaparkovat pod přístřeškem. V ubytování byl klid a nic nás nerušilo. Mohu jen doporučit.

  Confirmed Accommodation Was Not Properly Provided

  We paid for one night for 3 adults, but unfortunately we were very disappointed with both the preparation of the apartment and the host’s attitude. We arrived around 9:00 PM and found that the apartment was prepared for only 2 people – only the double bed was ready, and there was no sleeping arrangement prepared for the third person. We first contacted the host by message, but when we received no response, we decided to call her. She told us that everything we needed was under the sofa. However, under the sofa we found only a pillow and a blanket, which appeared to have already been used, were dirty (see photo), and smelled unpleasant. There was also no towel for the third person. We were very disappointed by the host’s attitude, which came across as unprofessional, and there was not even an apology during the call. We understand that mistakes can happen, but we would expect the host to handle such a situation professionally. We paid for accommodation for 3 people and expected it to actually be prepared for 3, not just 2.
