I paid it in full through booking.com. I saw the payment in my credit card statement but after a while I received an e-mail from the premise telling me that I must cancel the reservation because the apartment is not available. It was a very crowded weekend in Alexandroupouli. We couldn’t find any convenient alternative accommodation replacement for here and had to drive 50 km to Komotini. I also called the premise and talked to a lady but she hung up on me before I could finish talking. Lacking professionalism and very rude attitude! Booking.com should take serious actions against this type of enterprises!
