We really liked the hotel. It has an excellent location, the surroundings are beautiful, and the hotel itself is very attractive. The breakfast was absolutely excellent. The room was quite spacious and comfortable. We stayed for only one night, but we were very pleased with our stay.
What we did not like was the situation with the EV charging station and the parking. We arrived by electric car and needed to charge it. The hotel does have a charging station, but the charging space was occupied by the hotel’s own service vehicle — and it was a regular petrol/diesel vehicle, not an electric car. At reception, we were told that the charger was not working. However, I went to check it myself, and the charging station appeared to be fully operational. The real issue was that access to it was blocked by the barrier and the charging space itself was occupied by the hotel’s non-electric service vehicle. It is difficult to understand why the service vehicle could not have been parked somewhere else, especially since there seemed to be enough space on the property. We had a similar issue with the parking in general. Instead of keeping as many parking spaces as possible available for hotel guests and parking staff vehicles in the internal parking area, the hotel’s own vehicles were occupying spaces that could have been used by guests. We arrived at around 1:00 a.m., and instead of being able to check in and rest after the journey, we had to spend time dealing with the parking situation.
