Some of the staff were friendly. The staff were quick to correct the room situation for us, and we ended up getting the right room we booked.
When we got here it was very disappointing. They gave us a room that didn’t look anything like what we booked. When we questioned them about it, they were happy to take us up to show us another room we could have. There were two staff members in the room with it locked from the inside! (not sure why you would have it locked if your only cleaning?) One of the staff from inside yelled at the lady who opened up the room to show us the room not very nicely about it, so she had to go down and get another room key for us to show us another room. The buffet breakfast was very disappointing too. When we came for breakfast there were 2 pieces of fruit and 4 pieces of bread for the entire hotel. The hot and cold drinks were empty. So we had to ask for some eggs to be cooked for us. Thinking we may have been late for breakfast the first day we arrived 2 hours early the next day to find even less on offer.

Nằm ngay trung tâm nên đi đâu cũng tiện. Phòng sạch sẽ giá rẻ mà còn có cả ăn sáng rất okila. Sẽ ghé lại lần sau nếu có dịp đến Huế
