La cercanía con la playa. Seguro para salir a correr y andar en bicicleta. Supermercado se puede llegar caminando. Cama cómoda. Aire acondicionado.
Los electrodomésticos como olla arrocera estaba dañada y la ducha electrocuta. (casa1). El gas se gastó al momento que lo empezamos a usar pero el anfitrión solucionó esto pronto.
