    The owner needs to reinvest

    Great location. Good kitchen and bathroom

    Room was a bit tired and grubby. We looked at a brick wall.room was hot and that's mid October

    This was a good choice. We would stay there again.

    Roomy, modern, well equipped apartment. Windows overlook the street and square in old town, beautiful! Walking distance from the train station.

    Carry luggage up one flight of stairs. Small issue with the electrical outlet. Had to choose between having the tv or lamp plugged in,but not both. Owner was a little picky about being sure we washed the dishes and bagged the trash, but it is an air b&b, not a hotel room.

    Any disadvantages are tiny when you consider the superb location in the heart of the old town in a stunningly beautiful

    It is brilliantly located in the old town, it is well-equipped and the staff were excellent at answering questions, even coming round to the apartment with adapters for Swiss electric sockets!

    It is small but makes the most of every available square centimetre! Because it lacks a window with a view I felt a little claustrophobic. It is not cheap but for Lucerne standards it’s acceptable.
