    La beauté du lieu, la cadre rempli de sérénité. Malgré un couac lors de l'arrivée le personnel a tout mis en œuvre pour que l'on se sente bien. Magnifique chambre et service. Le buffet au top. Belle découverte de l Onsen

    総じて高評価。泉質が良好のおススメの温泉宿泊ホテルです。

    温泉の質は硫黄の白濁で、温度も３８～４２℃と湯舟ごとに準備されており、選択出来るのは有難い。湯の肌触りも良好。サウナもウェット・ドライの２種類があり温度も十分でした。 水風呂もぬるいまで行かず、冷たさを感じられる為、身体を整うえるのに十分な設備です。 客室や敷地景観、施設全般の衛生面は素晴らしい物でした。 朝食もメニューが豊富で良かった。総じて高評価の宿泊施設です。 温泉文化の無い外国人向けに紙パンツ（入浴用ビキニ）が受付で購入できる仕組みです。 もちろん日本人など裸で入浴する文化の人は、裸のまま入浴可能。外国人も裸で入浴する人も居ます。

    温泉は脱衣所、洗い場、湯舟どれも広々として非常に満足しているが、唯一改善して欲しい点（アドバイス）があります。 日本の温泉、大浴場施設にもサウナがあり、入り口付近には「掛け（ぬる）湯or掛け水」があります。 無い場合は汲み用の桶が準備され、水風呂等の浴槽から水を汲み取り、サウナ上がりの身体の汗を流してから水風呂に入ります。また、サウナマットも入口付近に設置されていますが、使ったらそのまま次の人が使用する状況で、掛け水等があれば使用前、使用後に洗い流がすルールや環境が整えられます。 現時点、ここのサウナには汗を洗い流す環境ではなく、そのまま水風呂へ入る仕組みで衛生上良くない為、改善を検討して欲しい。

    Vợ chồng mình có 8 ngày đúng nghĩa nghỉ dưỡng, thật tuyệt vời với môi trường sạch, yên tịnh, nhân viên nhiệt tình ấm áp dễ thương… Vợ chồng mình rất hài lòng về mọi thứ ở đây, khi có dịp sẽ trở lại…
