Великолепная атмосфера виллы
Место соответствует названию, реально сказочный дворик. Огромная благодарность хозяину Ираклию . Очень отзывчивый и внимательный человек, который всегда поможет в любых ситуациях. Были большой компанией и места хватило для всех. Большой двор и удобное расположение виллы . Все что надо для нужд отдыхающих в пешей доступности . Очень очаровательная собака хозяина , все запомнили Джулию .

Great fit for a big family stay in Kobuleti.
Great looking and well maintained villa. Was comfortable for 11 persons stay. 5 minutes from the sea, grocery shops in a walking distance, nice cafe in 3 minutes walk. The owner, Irakli, is very helpful and friendly person, who cares about his guests and the property.

Good
The location was as described with proximity to the beach. The rooms were spacious and clean. The garden area is very well maintained. The owner was very nice and very helpful, he even got us some charcoal from the local market on a rainy day. There is space for 2 or 3 cars inside the gates. Good location to stay with easy access to points of interest around the area and close to Batumi.
The outdoor pictures are outdated not showing 3 multiple level apartment blocks adjacent and across the street from the villa. The kitchen was very small and dark for a property this size. The kitchen and downstairs bathrooms don't match the price point.
