A place which I will absolutely come again in future!!
Very traditional place to chill and relax, super nice dishes for dinner and breakfast, staff is super helpful and you can feel how they care about the visitors.

We booked the room with a private onsen and it definitely lived up to the expectations. The room was really spacious and had a perfect view of the lake. Both dinner and the traditional breakfast were delicious—honestly, the quality was top-notch, like being in a high-end restaurant. A huge thanks to the staff: we mentioned at check-in that one of us doesn't eat fish, and they immediately went out of their way to provide alternatives. (Pro tip: maybe let them know a few days in advance so they can prepare even better!) The team was incredibly kind throughout our stay, making us feel right at home and helping us understand Japanese customs. Also, the free shuttle service to Kagaonsen station after checkout was super convenient. Highly recommended!
