Guests liked

  • Great location near Asakusa, shops and markets
  • Clean rooms and linens (reported by many guests)
  • Friendly, helpful staff
  • Family-friendly options (adjacent rooms, suitable for groups)
  • Good amenities: washing machine, kitchen utensils, toiletries, free drinks

Guests mentioned

  • Only one elevator — waits at busy times
  • Rooms can be small for families; limited view on lower floors
  • Value for money concerns (one strong complaint about price and early check-in charge)
  • Isolated cleanliness lapse: reports of bed sheets/towels not changed and garbage not cleared
  • A/C not cold enough / futon uncomfortable for some

Good location but room lacked natural light or view

It was well located and had the necessary amenities.

We were on the 2nd floor so there was no light or view as the window faced another building. So it felt a bit claustrophobic.

Spacious and comfortable apartment in a quiet location – a great choice for families visiting Tokyo.

The apartment was spacious, clean and comfortable, with everything we needed for our family stay. The location was convenient, and the neighbourhood was quiet. A great base for exploring Tokyo.
