It's a good place to stay in a great location. With a little more attention it could be great.
The apartment has true 4 bedrooms, 3 showers and 4 toilets. It's in a very good location (though an office building) in Colonaki, minutes away by foot from caffes and restaurants and very close to the metro. It's spacious and has ample storage space and modern interior design. Nice balcony too! We were 5 people and it contained us easily. Staff was very nice and responsive (but we needed them more than we wished for).
They mean it when they say "we're not a hotel and we only provide minimum essentials". The kitchen was so bare we couldn't really use it. No towel or kitchen cloth, no salt or sugar, no dish rack nor dishwasher detergents. No coffee capsules. Bring your own or eat outside. There was no soap or shampoo for the showers (just the sinks). We had maintenance issues, particularly one clogged toilet and one with detached toilet seat. They sent a plumber who fixed the toilet but didn't cleanup properly and didn't attach the other toilet's seat. Shower tap handles were missing a handle. They were usable but it took a minute to figure out how. I suppose it's all fixed by now, but it's an indication. The ventilators on the bathrooms can't be shut down normally. Only from the circuit breakers on the electrical board. They are not silent and one of them is particularly noisy.

Amazing stay ! We had plenty of fun and great rest at the appartment. We would definately recommend it
The apartment is exactly as shown in the pictures, very spacious, clean and comfortable. Very close to the city center and metro station, no noise and good neighborhood go grab coffee/breakfast in the morning. Very convenient next to pharmacy and market and there is a parking right next to it.
The only issue we faced is we had a person on a wheelchair and a pregnant lady and there are stairs in the entrance, unfortunately the concierge isn’t helpful at all, they don’t even ask if we need help

Lovely stay at this beautiful, modern, well located apartment.
Good communication with the host. Great location. Convenient to everything. Felt like staying in a true neighborhood and not just a tourist zone. Apartment is modern, spacious and very well designed. Super clean as well.
Kitchen is very bare. They could use more glassware, dishes, bowls, utensils, etc...
