Very disappointing. Clearly no supervision on staff.

    Location

    1. There were no towels in my room when I arrived 2. The one rolled up hand towel in the bathroom was dirty? 3. There is a stain on the one duvet 4. We had a sock in our bed! 5. The shower drain is blocked and pools up. 6. Carpet in Molly is horribly dirty. 7. The rooms smells terribly of cigarettes.
