We like the humor and being welcoming of the person in charge of the property.

The location, the hallway is very dirty yhat will definitely leave a bad taste. On our last day, the water supply was turned off for i don't know what reason. So we quickly tranferred to the near by Eclipse Hotel. We were informed 1st hand by the person in charge that the place is not a hotel, it's just an apartment but we didn't know is the miserable hallway that will lead us to our room.
