Memorable stay!
Staff and customer service is top notch. Restaurant was fantastic. Balinese traditional dishes a stand out! We loved the facilities, staff went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. We really enjoyed the daily yoga sessions, instructor made sure each participant got the attention needed and adjusted the technique. Over all we loved the stay and would go back again in future.

The villa was beautiful, the surroundings breathtaking, and the overall experience everything you would expect from a luxury hotel. But what truly makes this place exceptional is, above all, its incredible team. I have travelled extensively, and I have rarely encountered such attentive, warm, and genuinely caring staff, who somehow manage to anticipate your needs while always remaining discreet and respectful of your privacy. Every member of the team seems genuinely committed to making your stay special, with a level of kindness and sincerity that makes all the difference. We quickly felt completely at home, surrounded by people who truly enjoy welcoming and looking after their guests. Komaneka has managed to preserve something increasingly rare in luxury hospitality: the elegance, comfort, and refinement of a high-end resort, combined with the warmth, intimacy, and genuine human connection of a family-run establishment. Nothing here feels impersonal or overly commercial. You never feel like just another guest or a room number. Instead, you feel genuinely welcomed, valued, and cared for. Restaurant breakfast was mediocre. Limited selection of local fruit and tasteless.
