    Bang for the Buck. We would stay here again

    Near the center but far enough away to be out of the fray. Private parking, safe

    some stairs to get to the apartment. No problem for us but may be for the not so agile.

    Well-equipped apartment in great location.

    The apartment is in a great location on Ali'i drive, halfway between Kona Downtown and Outrigger. The apartment was very well equipped, good kitchen, very good stuff for the beach (chairs, umbrella, snorkelling gear, towels), washer and dryer in unit. Nice magazines for reading also.

    The apartment did feel a bit stuffy: The ACs were quite old, and therefore loud and had to be running msot of the time to keep the apartment at a comfortable temperature. Without AC, the apartment does run very hot. There is also not that much natural light in the apartment.
