We still enjoyed being in Hawaii.
Well maintained, great pool, lovely view
Our unit was being repaired on The exterior. It was incredibly loud and dusty. Our view was obscured with scaffolding and tarps. It should not have been rented.

Great place to stay. I would definitaly stay there again.
The manager and all of the staff were friendly and professional. Our room was very nice. The building itself is need of repairs. It located within walking distance to stores and resteraunts. I do not think Hotel guest should pay for parking. We did not need a car and have family on the Island so it was convenient. All and all a great manager and staff!
Limited parking and you had to pay for it.

Location is great, 20 mins walk to Kailua-Kona downtown, and 1 min walk to the beach.
Check-in time is not aligned with the information shown on booking.com. On the website, it said the check-in time is 16:00-17:00, but when I arrived at the property at 16:20, the office was closed.
