    We liked that the property was close to the seaside and that we could spend some time on the terrace.

    I think the property was small and kind of dark. The bathroom on the ground floor smelled bad.

    Decent option if you are on a budget - but don't expect a lot

    The price was quite good for what was offered. Air conditioning was effective and unrestricted. The location is quiet day and night.

    The apartment is old and is in need of major renovation. You can hear everything from every corner of the apartment, there is no real privacy. Water pipes are extremely noisy.

    Excellent

    We had a perfect holiday at Konstantinos' Nikiti Apartment. We had everything we needed, we really felt like home. The kitchen is well equipped, also the bathrooms are supplied with everything you might need. Beautiful Ms Angeliki, the owner, waited for us with cold water and chocolate candies. The beach is very close to the location, the tavernas are nearby. You have plenty of things to do jogging in the morning, sunbathing, swimming in the clear water, shopping. Do not miss the cruise along the shore with Nikiti Daily Cruises Sotiris! It was a great experience. We really enjoyed our stay in Nikiti. We highly recommend Konstantinos 'Nikiti Apartment for a perfec holiday!
