    Eine schöne, geräumige Wohnung in Strandnähe (Bodensee), und Stadtnähe. Zuvorkommende Gastgeberin.

    Eine gute ausgestattete Küche (Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfach), geräumig (3 Schlafzimmer!), sauber und ruhig gelegen. Nähe Strand und Konstanz.

    Für uns war die Lage in einer Wohnsiedlung nicht ganz ideal: mit Kleinkind, Hund und viel Lachen - bei offenen Fenstern, der Hitze wegen... Bestimmt haben wir Nachbarn gestört!

    Alt angerichtete Wohnung in See Nähe

    Die Kontaktperson ist sehr nett und sehr hilfsbereit. Wir hatten einpaar Schwierigkeiten als wir angekommen sind. Wir haben eine E-Mail geschrieben und wurden sehr schnell zurückgerufen. Auch die Kaution wurde sehr schnell zurückgezahlt. Auch wenn alles ziemlich in die Jahre gekommen ist, haben wir die Wohnung sauber gefunden. Die Lage ist hervorragend. See Strand und Einkaufszentrum sind sehr nah und zu Fuß sehr gut erreichbar

    Es handelt sich um eine Wohnung, die einige Jahre hinter sich hat. So die Einrichtung auch. Alles ziemlich alt. Die Küche ist allerdings okay. Sie wird für bis zu 8 Personen ausgeschrieben, da es nur 3 Schlafzimmer gibt, schlafen dann 2 Personen im Wohnzimmer. Des Weiteren gibt es nur 1 Toilette, die auch im Bad ist. Für uns war es Ok. Bei 8 Menschen kann es « spannend » werden …

    Quiet, good value for money accommodation a short train ride away from the heart of Konstanz.

    Location was nice and quiet. The accommodation was very good value for money compared to other properties available. The property suited us well for our purposes.

    Slightly clearer, shorter and prompter communications before the holiday would have been great. There are three bedrooms rather than four which we were expecting. There was some confusion before the holiday over whether our deposit had been received and the property reserved, but it all worked out ok in the end after contacting the host by telephone.
