Disappointed.
The host Hidayet. Kept in touch via WhatsApp, met him when we arrived, said our goodbyes on the departure date.
The main reason for booking this property was the distance from the beach. There aren't any beaches within a short walking distance. It was stated 200 metres, as advertised by the host. It is not true. False description. I had to snorkel outside parameters of the Marina. It is full of rocks, some Sea Urchins, very deep straight away, and not really safe for the fainthearted. Having paid top dollar, it is overrated. Yes there’s a beach very close by, but it is private! 800 try per person, per visit. That's £12.00 or €14.50 a day (early October 2026) The nearest public beach is 2 km away. Konyaalti. An hours walk or a taxi. There's no direct public transport to it. There's not a cooking facility for a meal. One can fry an egg or 2 and prepare salads. 6 blunt knives, there are no chopping boards, tea towels, or space to prepare!. Exceptional means much better than average, or rare and unusual, because it stands out from the normal standard I am flabbergasted with previous reviews. Our holiday has cost us the double due to eating out every night. Ill fitting toilet seat, a shower head won't stay up, and disgusting toilet brush. Great location if you are a party animal with an unlimited budget who can and will eat out and dance the night away. If we knew what we know now, we would not have booked this accommodation.

Perfect stay in the heart of Old Town
The location was excellent, right in the heart of Antalya's Old Town. The host went above and beyond to make sure our stay was comfortable. He was kind, attentive, and quick to help whenever we needed anything. The apartment itself was spotless and worked really well for our family of three with a toddler. We would absolutely stay here again next time we're in town.
Nothing. We couldn't find a single thing to complain about.

Very central location with lots around and great value for money.
Very clean and tidy, staff member was really nice and easy to contact, very quick and understanding.
