    So much to love!

    There was so much to love about Kookaburra Retreat, the location itself is so peaceful and tranquil. It’s the best of both worlds, set amongst nature, tall trees, birds sings, kangaroos literally in the yard passing by. Plenty of room for the dog to wander and play while being fully enclosed. And yet it’s close to everything in Daylesford. The home itself was so cozy and felt right at home. It had everything we could possibly need, the fire pit out the back was incredible. Hoping to come some time soon!

    The perfect comfy getaway location!

    Excellent location, with a very short drive to the centre of town. The property was surrounded by trees and it was lovely to hear the birds in the morning. The kitchen had great amenities. It was perfect for our stay - myself and a friend, we had a bedroom each. It was very easy to communicate with the host via booking.com - they were very responsive. I would definitely love to stay here again!

    Note there is only one small bathroom, which was fine for us (2 friends), but if there were a larger number of people staying this might be more of an issue.
