Apartament jest czysty i w super lokalizacji.
Trudność wejścia do obiektu, drzwi do budynku są na kod, który nie działa gdyż jest zrywany łańcuch, który je otwiera. Mieszkańcy budynku są dosyć głośni, w szczególności słychać ich kłótnie, brakowało tylko rzucania talerzami 😉

"A WONDERFUL ESCAPE IN MAGICAL ATHENS IN OCTOBER"!
The area was very convenient! The apartment was clean & up to my expectations! The service through booking.com was fast & super, many thanks to them all! The sunny weather of October in Athens rewarded whatever unexpected matters had come along!
a) The main entrance door to the building created many difficulties I noticed many tenants facing the same problem (could not get in easily): the door would not open easily - I had to call the administrator last day of my stay for I could not get in (it had given me a very "hard time" (9/10/2026), the lock would not open... (finally they had to call a technician to fix it the following day)! b) the 2 chairs in the room, were too low & the counter too high -you could not sit & enjoy your meal or drink! Apart from these 2'items, the other issues were great!

Nicely located, in a very lively neighborhood. The apartment was super clean. A lot of cafes and shops and restaurants nearby. Walkable distance to the Acropolis, Agora, and Plaka district.
Quite a lot of noise from the other apartments. Also, a glass door to the apartment is not a very good idea; our neighbors kept the lights on into the night, and we had trouble sleeping. A pair of chairs for the kitchen counter would be an improvement.

Great Location walking distance to Tourists Spots and Public Transport
We had a wonderful stay at the Kookaki Athens City Stay apartment’s. We were a little surprised by the age of the building and little elevator to get to our floor but once inside we were very pleased. Modern with all of the facilities. The location was very convenient with a short walk to the subway and bus stop nearby. There were restaurants and convenience shops nearby plus all the usual tourist attractions.
The age of the building and reception area was a surprise but pleased once inside our apartment.
