十津川村という、村自体が疲弊しているのをそのまま反映していた。良い処は沢山あるのに。
朝食は良かった。 また、景色等がとても良かった。
風呂も良いのだが、熱い。誰もかき回さないので熱くなっていた。この対応策等がきちんとされていない。 好い風呂なのに、もったいない。

ごはんが美味しかった。温泉も気持ちよかった。
玉置神社に行くために宿泊したが、場所は車がないとアクセスがかなり難しいところだった。 温泉の洗い場の汚れが気になった。

スタッフの方々の対応が、良かったのと、お食事が美味しく頂けました。
部屋のお風呂が修理中で、使えなかった事、内風呂のシャワーが古過ぎてお湯が少ししか出ず、温度調節も壊れていた事、温泉のお湯もぬるくて温まれなかった。ドライヤーや、くしなどの設置も無く、部屋まで行かないとドライヤー出来なかった事、お部屋のカーテンは破れてたし、シャワーもカビだらけで不衛生で気分が良くなかった、他の施設も全て閉まってた
