* The kitchen is very well equipped. * There are kettlebells and dumbbells available. They are quite light, but it’s still great to be able to do a workout at home. * Comfortable beds. * Nice and quiet area. * Good restaurants right near the house.
* There is an unpleasant smell in the room where the washing machine is located. * The house is definitely smaller than stated in the Booking.com listing, it is nowhere near 250 m². * After making the reservation, I found out that I had to pay an additional €90 for the accommodation tax, while the Booking.com listing stated that it would be €2 per day, not €15. * There is no door between bedrooms 1 and 2, which is uncomfortable and provides little privacy. * The stairs leading to the terrace are unsafe, as some of the steps are damaged.

Es gibt leider kein Privatparkplatz an der Unterkunft. Die Taverne nebenan ist bis Mitternacht geöffnet und es wurde jeden Tag lange gefeiert. Es war also sehr spät ruhig. Man ist aber schnell in der Stadt und am Strand.

Außer ,dass die Größe der Unterkunft mit der Wirklichkeit nicht übereinstimmt ,war sie hervorragend. Wer gerne Zuhause kocht ist hier richtig.Sehr gute Restaurants sind gleich um die Ecke.Zufahrt zum Unterkunft gibt's,muss jedoch für eine enge Gassen gefahren werden und man kann nicht vor Ort parken.Daher gibt's immer einen 7 minütigen Fußweg.
