  Krånglig dokumenthantering för att erhålla access till boendet, trots att alla uppgifter redan fanns på booking.com. Dålig funktion på elektriskt lås i porten. Granne hotade med polis för att vi hade belysning på i hallen klockan 22:15!

  Very stressful and unecessarily so.

  very difficult to find the address as it given as one street, when it was on a side street. When I whattapped the company to ask I was told to go to the office at another address and that it would be open. It was closed. It was very stressful. The paper work said there was 24 hour help and the office opening hours. The office was closed during those hours.

  The way to get in was via an app on your phone. This was difficult to understand and it was stressful checking to see if your mobile battery didn't run out during the day, otherwise you wouldn't be able to get in. All very stressful.

  Comfortable and enjoyable stay in a great location.

  Great location, well presented. Close to centre and beaches, not too small for two, not pokey.

  No curtains or outside blinds which means that if you have the windows open you get woken up. There were a few minor things that would have made it perfect, some welcoming gestures such as some tea and coffee, spare bin bags and toilet paper (on a short stay you don’t expect to buy those things). We also missed a decent large frying pan. But all in all, it was a very enjoyable and comfortable stay.

  El apartamento estaba muy bien de tamaño y de limpieza. La cocina equipada, toallas de baño, te dedero, productos de limpieza...además de tener aire acondicionado también tenía un ventilador. La ubicación era perfecta.

  No nos gustó la primera impresión. El portal está bastante descuidado con sillones rotos y en mal estado. Además el vecino de arriba, nada más llegar, ya nos estaba vigilando y diciéndonos que cerraremos bien la puerta del portal al salir y que el ascensor no lo atascaramos. Ni si quiera sabía si habíamos cerrado correctamente la puerta y ya nos estaba hablando mal y diciéndonos lo que hacer. Cada vez que salíamos del piso se asomaba por la ventana para vigilar.
