  Próximo à Estação e a um comércio de rua, além de um Shopping Center com supermercado. Cozinha completa e máquina de lavar facilita a permanência por vários dias.

  Deles terem me cobrado 1.000 yenes por ter feito o Check-in com uma hora de antecedência, pois o calor estava infernal e não consegui esperar na rua. Uma hora antes do previsto fiz o Check-in com a chave digital,e o apartamento já estava totalmente liberado, sem o staff de limpeza. Enviei um e-mail para o proprietário comentando e, mesmo assim eles me cobraram a hora.

  La casa es muy grande, ideal para 3 personas. Tiene dos habitaciones con futones y tatamis muy cómodos. Las sábanas y las almohadas también nos gustaron mucho. La cercanía con la estación de Kioto.

  great location but not the best place to stay.

  1- Location. 2- Size of the place. 3- The speed of the internet. 4- The beds and pillows are very comfortable. 5- Good quality oven. 6- Free toothpaste and brush (hard). 7- Room for study.

  1- The cleaning services are not the best, The under oven was packed with previous tenant. And the cleaning sponge was used and dirty. 2- The smell of the place was bad (wet old bamboo flowering mixed with dust) 3- Even though Kyoto accommodation tax was mentioned in the listing the host refused to assist in the correct amount needed to be paid. 4- The place electronic dose not seem safe the fridge and the microwave share the same outlet via a small extension cord. 5- The stairway is very sharp and falling from it is VERY dangers it is not fit for hyper kids that like to play running around. 6- When we got there the owner kept their junk (a basket and an animal cage) in the side are meant for car parking. 7- The are had so many mosquito and even though the owner provided a bug spray he did not mention it on the listing at all. And, those mosquitos hurt a lot. Hint: be ready to buy anti bug bit. 8- some area are not meant for the quest to enter which is not a problem. The problem is so many cluttered stuff are the perfect spot for dust and maybe worse. They should have have their things in a better sport. Plus it was very scary area for the kids. 9- even though there is a washing machine there is no detergent (you must buy your own) and no cloth dryer. 10- the kitchen pots are old. 11- The host was not understanding at all of our situation: My sun had bad reaction to mosquito bits and he was refusing to refund the remaining days that I wanted to change the place even though we had a health condition with the sun just because he wanted money.
