Location is the best. The location offered excellent access to tourist attractions and restaurants. The ventilation and hot water supply were excellent.

Cleanliness was average. The kitchen amenities were extremely inadequate; for instance, a two-bedroom apartment had only two drinking glasses and two coffee cups. There was no iron, and the supply of bed sheets and blankets was insufficient.

  Perfect Koukaki destination

The location cannot be beat. It’s spacious and comfortable. Easily accessible to transit, a beautiful street full of restaurants and cafes beside the building. Everything we needed was nearby.

The only thing I’d have liked would be mattress protectors/covers.
