    The location is amazing. I’m not sure what the reviews about bad area reference. The neighborhood is actually very nice with tons of more local shops, bakeries and restaurants around. Yes there is graffiti outside but this is in a very nice part of Athens that is also less crowded and less touristy. We walked to other areas and felt they were way more grimy than where this is. It’s walkable to basically everywhere you want to go and also central to the metro lines. The room is small but was great for 4 nights. We loved having a washer and there is a drying rack outside on the balcony. The balcony is narrow but has a table and chairs. We were not bothered by the construction - they are renovating an apartment building next door.

    The kitchen is small but it was fine for us as we did not plan to cook. It was nice having a fridge and being able to make coffee. If you are trying to cook it might be challenging. There were some basic ingredients there that past guests have left

    It was ok place to sleep in Athens

    It is near to most of the small cafes , grocery stores, and laundry stations.

    No living room . And very small kitchen.
