This was the best accommodation we stayed in during our visit to Greece (of 6 accommodations in total). Lefteris was an amazing host. He greeted us when we arrived and showed us around the apartment. He also lives in the building and was available to answer questions and provide some travel advice. The apartment was great - we have no complaints. The beds were very comfortable and the apartment was very roomy for four of us (two adults two kids). The balcony is awesome with a great view to the sea in one direction and the mountains in the other direction. There is a small playground across the street and a coffee shop one block away. It's about a 5 minute walk into Old Town. A few minutes' walk to a grocery store. About 10 minutes to the beach. I would HIGHLY recommend staying at this apartment.
A bit tricky to find parking - but this seems to be the case for all of Greece. Street parking is first come first served, and it all depends on how good you are at parallel parking into a small space!

Very nice modern apartment with a great location. Our host was very friendly and you have everything available in the apartment.
There is no sea view which I found in the description. Finding a parking space can be a bit tricky

We enjoyed our stay at koukounari apartment. The apartment is situated in a really nice neighbourhood with a park and great coffee shop and a supermarket in short walking distance. It's also located ideally between the old town and the beach. The apartment is very comfortable, well stocked and the hosts left us a generous amount of welcome food and drinks.
