Everything was so beautiful. The host Barbara is very helpful and caring. We would like to go next year as well.

We had an excellent stay at Koumpis Residence during our visit to Chios. We stayed at Dimitris unit. It was modern, very well maintained, and everything felt almost brand new. The soundproof windows made the unit peaceful and quiet, and having air conditioning in every room was a huge plus during the summer. The bathroom was spotless, the beds were extremely comfortable, and the towels and linens were exceptionally clean. The location is another major advantage. It’s within walking distance of beautiful Beach, surrounded by great restaurants, and only a short drive to Chios Town and the ferry port, making it an ideal base for exploring the island. The kitchen is well equipped, although we ended up enjoying the local restaurants for all of our meals. The management was also very responsive and helpful. We had a small issue getting into the apartment when we first arrived, but they came promptly to assist us and made sure everything was taken care of. Overall, Koumpis Residence is a fantastic choice for families or anyone looking for a comfortable, relaxing stay in Chios. We would gladly stay here again and highly recommend it.

Evin konumu, dekorasyon ve temizliği harika. Deniz olağanüstü
Tesiste 3 ev bulunuyor, biz ikisini deneyimledik. Bir tanesi mükemmeldi
Kaldığımız ikinci evin banyosu kötüydü, duşu bozuktu, panjur yoktu
