  Appartamento molto bello, proprietari molto attenti e disponibili

  Bellissimo appartamento in ottima posizione. Serve avere la macchina per spostarsi in zona e tra le varie spiagge. La gentilezza e l'ospitalità della proprietaria sono eccezionali. Sempre disponibile per qualsiasi nostra richiesta. L'appartamento è perfetto per due persone, in quattro risulta un po' piccolo ma è comunque più che sufficiente. I dintorni sono molto tranquilli. Il tramonto a Falassarna è sempre uno spettacolo.

  We spent a wonderful time at Koutris Apartment 1. It was truly an extraordinary stay. Highly recommend, would definitely

  Apartment is clean, modern and spacious, located very close to the beach. There is a dishwasher and a washing machine, which are very helpful considering longer stay. The terrace is a perfect spot for lazy breakfast in the morning or watching sunset in the evening. The host, Niki, and her family are wonderful and kind people, who treat their guests with respect and hospitality.

  Everything was great, no disadvantages.

  Amazing! Perfect 10 days

  Amazing location, so close to the beach, restaurants and mini market. It was perfect. The space was perfect for the 2 of us, and everything is thought about and considered. Niki was an amazing, friendly host

  Our stay at Koutris Apartment 1 in Falassarna was simply exceptional. The apartment is modern, spotless, beautifully maintained, and equipped with absolutely everything you could possibly need for a comfortable stay. Although there were only two of us, it would easily accommodate a family of four. What impressed us most was the incredible attention to detail. Niki welcomed us warmly and had thoughtfully provided everything from coffee, salt, sugar, and kitchen essentials to food wrap and rubbish bags. It truly felt like a home rather than a holiday rental. The location is outstanding, and the view is breathtaking. Watching the famous Falassarna sunsets from the apartment’s terrace was one of the highlights of our trip. In fact, this apartment made us fall in love with Falassarna all over again. There is only one “danger” with this place: it is so comfortable and relaxing that you won’t want to leave! Every moment spent there was a pleasure. A huge thank you to Nicky for being such a wonderful host. We would return without hesitation and highly recommend Cutris Apartment 1 to anyone looking for the perfect place to stay in Falassarna. We can’t wait to come back! ❤️
