    Summer not winter stay

    Clean and tidy. Nice setting with bush walk down to the river. Added-on bedroom area double glazed. Not too far to drive to mountain. Weather was amazing - stunning views of the mountains. 2 of the beds had electric blankets.

    Too cold. Heat pump was not at all capable of heating the space. Huge amounts of heat loss from poorly performing curtains, skillion ceiling so no insulation and big draughts under toilet and bathroom doors. We were freezing the whole time. It was 8 degrees inside when we arrived ready for bed on the Thursday. With the heat pump on 30c full time we finally reached a healthy 18c on the Sunday afternoon after draught proofing the doors and curtain rails. Also no extraction in bathroom so the ceiling dripped and walls ran with water after a shower. Would be fine in summer!

    Beautiful surroundings with lots of space!

    Lots of space, lots of kitchen equipment and comfy pillows, and air con/heater.

    Outside furniture not quite so clean, but it was bad weather. Some mattresses a bit springy.
