    Decent hotel but needs a refurb

    Hotel is tired, needs refurbished, it’s the same as it was 15 years ago, apart from that it’s a decent hotel

    Not enough staff serving in the 21st floor for breakfast, plenty of staff just not serving

    The outstanding customer service, plus the view was second to none.
