    Good location but very outdated furniture and not clean

    Location and view

    Unfortunately, my experience with this apartment was disappointing and significantly different from what I expected based on the Booking.com listing. On arrival, there were several cleanliness issues, including hair and debris in different areas of the apartment, and the kitchen/stove was not cleaned to an acceptable standard. The apartment also showed signs of poor maintenance. One of the main problems was the sofa. It was noticeably sunken and uncomfortable to sit on. I reported this during my stay and provided photos. The solution eventually offered was simply a sofa cover, which obviously did not fix the actual condition of the sofa. There was also an issue with the window mechanism, and the overall furniture arrangement and condition of the apartment did not match what the listing photos. Having two sofas in the living area also made the space feel considerably more crowded. I reported all of these concerns during my stay and provided photographic evidence. Unfortunately, despite multiple communications, most of the issues were not properly resolved before the end of my stay. The apartment does have some positives, particularly the location, high-floor views. However, based on the condition and cleanliness of the apartment I received, together with the way the issues were handled, I cannot recommend it in its current condition. I hope the management takes these concerns seriously and improves the cleaning, maintenance and accuracy of the listing for future guests.

    the view was beautiful and what was supplied was great

    our remote controller barley worked. It wouldn’t really allow us to select certain buttons and the netflix button didn’t work, the bed was also very uncomfortable and hard.

    Beautiful apartment in a great location. Just magic!!

    Great location!!!! Beautiful, comfortable apartment.

    No milk when we arrived. Tv did not work.
