    Teleurstellend

    Het personeel heeft ons goed geholpen om onze boeking ter plekke te annuleren en gezorgd dat we ons geld terugkregen. Dat was fijn!

    De foto’s zijn met AI gemaakt! Niks lijkt erop! Het verblijf was helaas teleurstellend. De foto’s op Booking.com komen totaal niet overeen met de werkelijkheid. De kamer was op zich ruim, maar de badkamer was vies. Op het terras stonden geen normale stoelen, alleen houten en betonnen bankjes. De overkappingen waren gemaakt van spaanplaat, waardoor je er vanwege de hitte niet onder kon zitten. Daarnaast was de tuin slecht onderhouden en oogde het alsof alles was uitgestoven. We zijn absoluut niet moeilijk, maar op basis van de geplaatste foto’s hadden we een heel andere accommodatie verwacht. We wilden daarom graag naar een andere plek. Dat hebben ze uiteindelijk wel goed opgelost: we kregen ons geld netjes terug.

    It's okay, good for layover so you can go to islands around. I would say go to Rawai beach if you stay longer but for couple days, this place is enough.
