Great for the family, complemented with bad aftertaste due to administration
The facilities were amazing. It had everything necessary for our stay. The best part was the pool and the barbeque. The rooms were quite spacious, with a nice view and amazing terrace. Perfect for a family stay
Despite the good facilities, the experience was a bit disrupted from the bad administration, At the arrival you are required a deposit of 500 EUR. Which is fair given the expensive equipment and it's not my first hotel doing so. While also according to terms and conditions if all ok, unblock is up to 14 days. In our case I had to wait more than 30 days, with numerous communications with the vendor, telling them that something is wrong, finally deposit was automatically unblocked after day 30. All this created unpleasant experience. I hope for the rank of such hotel administration and servicing could be improved

New and still developing ski resort with great options for summer activities. Everything was as great as expected. Staff really friendly and helpful.

Die Lage, die vielen WC‘s, die Küchenausstattung, es ist sehr modern.
Keine Klimaanlage bei der Glasfront bzw. Beschattungen. Es war sehr heiß im Chalet. Die Dusche ist undicht und das Waschbecken zu klein. Der Balkon im Wohnbereich ist zu klein für 10 Personen.
