  Undisclosed On-Site Surcharges: Upon arrival, the property verbally required an extra €50 payment for my child despite entering full family details at booking, alongside a daily 9€ surcharge demand for air conditioning (which was listed as included on my confirmation). Although Booking.com support later claimed the property offered free Air Conditioning as "goodwill," the property never communicated this to me during my stay, and I returned the A/C remote after just one day due to the fee demand. Safety Hazard at Pool: My 11-year-old daughter cut her toe twice in the swimming pool due to a sharp, damaged, or hazardous surface underwater. I informed the hotel about it but never received a feedback. We ended up not using the pool. Poor Bedroom Design & Nighttime Disturbances: The light switch was mounted extremely low on the wall directly beside my daughter's bed. Because her bed was right against it, any normal movement while sleeping repeatedly switched on the main high-ceiling light—which was extremely bright and illuminated the entire space. This woke us up multiple times throughout the night, forcing me to repeatedly get up and go downstairs to turn it off. Severe Electrical & Socket Limitations: The apartment contained only two wall sockets in total—one of which was permanently occupied by the refrigerator. The provided plug adapter was broken, making it frustratingly difficult to plug in the stovetop hob or charge devices. It was impossible to plug in more than 3 devices total across the unit, meaning we could not charge all 3 of our family phones at the same time. Staff promised to provide a replacement adapter the following day, but never did. Room Category / Photo Misrepresentation: We were not assigned the exact unit shown in the listing photographs at the time of booking, but rather a similar, inferior alternative with noticeable layout differences.
