  Overall what I expected for the price, good position and very good services

  Exactly like the pictures, hot water in the shower, good water pressure Staff was great and the yoga lessons/pool use were much appreciated

  It’s basically a bungalow, doesn’t have concrete walls and everything can get in (ants, mosquitoes, mice). There was a trap inside the room with bread inside that slowly got eaten during my stay

  住宿體驗非常差，極度不推薦！我們原本預訂並支付的是豪華雙人房（Deluxe Double Room），實際入住時卻被強行降級成經濟房（Budget Double or Twin Room），也就是實際上的竹編屋。房間完全沒有隔音可言，整體環境極為差勁，半夜都可以聽到老鼠在爬的聲音，以及附近酒吧的吵雜聲，最糟糕的是房裡有老鼠！！（ㄍㄧㄣㄗㄠˋ，ㄅㄨˊㄧㄠˋㄓㄨˋㄓㄜˋ） 在居住一晚後，我們身體出現嚴重不適、全身起大片紅疹，不得不提前緊急回國就醫。 當我們要求換回原本預訂的房型時，業者表示已全部額滿，並提出轉移至其另一間飯店（Serenity），但要求我們額外補差額，我們因此拒絕。 面對這種房型擅自降級與嚴重衛生危害，業者最終只退還了我們未入住的 2 晚費用，並未提供任何額外的賠償。 希望未來的旅客能多加留意，避免踩雷。 Extremely terrible stay—do NOT book this place under any circumstances! We originally booked and paid for a Deluxe Double Room, but upon arrival, we were wrongfully downgraded to a Budget Double or Twin Room (which was actually a bamboo hut). The soundproofing was non-existent, and the overall environment was abysmal. We could hear rats scurrying around throughout the night, along with loud noise from nearby bars. To make matters worse, there were actual rats inside the room!! After enduring just one night, both of us broke out in severe rashes all over our bodies and felt extremely unwell, forcing us to cut our trip short and fly home urgently for medical care. When we requested to switch back to the room type we originally paid for, the staff claimed it was fully booked. They then suggested moving us to their sister property, Serenity, but demanded an additional fee, which is why we declined. Despite the unauthorized room downgrade and serious health hazards, the property ultimately only refunded the 2 unused nights and offered no further compensation whatsoever. We hope future travelers stay vigilant and avoid this place.

  Authentieke kamer kos waar je langer kunt verblijven wegens de ligging en goede faciliteiten.

  Ik werd keurig opgehaald om uit te checken. Vriendelijk personeel, tegelijk eigenlijk weinig mensen gezien. Goed dat ze afval scheiden. Fijn dat ik korting kreeg op mijn ontbijtje. De kos ligt centraal met een erg hippe tent vlakbij. Ook een goeie warung in de buurt, helaas was die niet altijd open. De sfeer van de kamer zelf (ik had die op de eerste verdieping) was superleuk, met authentieke materialen. De douche was geweldig, kleine ruimte maar de straal fantastisch. Verder prima schoon. Fijn dat ik ondanks klein balkon toch buiten kon zitten. Goeie wifi. Leuk dat ik er kon koken en een flinke koelkast aanwezig.

  Het inchecken ging wat moeizaam. Ik moest best lang wachten tot er iemand kwam helpen. Bij het ontbijt miste ik eieren en Indonesische opties. Dat vond ik echt tegenvallen. (De ontbijtlocatie was ook ver om te lopen.) Ik snapte overigens niet waar ik mijn afval kon laten met slechts 1 prullenbakje in de wc. Ze waren er heel streng op dus ik maakte me zorgen dat ik een boete zou krijgen, omdat ik niet begreep hoe ik het moest scheiden met op de kamer maar 1 optie. Een trapleuning had handig geweest met zulke hoge traptreden. Matras niet uitstekend maar gewoon oke. Een flesje water in de koelkast misstaat niet.

  Great room, great location, great staff

  Great room! Super cosy, has everything you need! Great location and you even get access to in house yoga prices at Serenity down the road. The staff are fantastic (especially Sabrina who handles all of the bookings for Kris Kos) Would highly recommend!
