    Delightful stay within the Kruje castle walls.

    We liked that it was within the "castle walls" yet it was newly renovated and comfortable. Parking was outside the walls but in a reserved lot and our luggage was soon tranferred for us by motorcycle. If we had needed assistance climbing up to the hotel, I'm sure it would have been available. Our host was friendly and helpful. His English was good and he was eager to answer questions we had about the property and his plans to improve more of the crumbling neighboring buildings. Our room was simple but tasteful with hints of "old world". We had a balcony with a view looking to the Montenegro coast. The bathroom was on the small side, but the shower stall was enclosed and had a strong flow. It was not really a problem, but when we returned from dinner, there was no water available from the sink tap. A message to reception was quickly answered and this was resolved within a few minutes. Breakfast was not elaborate, more European with cheeses, salami, boiled eggs and croissants that had either chocolate or pistachio filling...no plain. Nice change of pace.

    Heerlijk verblijf met volop comfort

    Dit is een van de beste locaties van Albanië. Het straalt luxe en comfort uit. Het uitzicht is magisch, de locatie geweldig. De bedden liggen heerlijk!

    Superlocatie… heel rustig, fantastisch uitzicht en toch overal dichtbij!

    Superlocatie aan de voet van het kasteel met prachtig uitzicht op de vallei vanaf ons balkon. Het is ff een paar honderd meter lopen vanaf de parkeerplaats en een eindje klimmen, maar heel goed te doen.

    De verwarming stond aan terwijl het buiten heerlijk weer was.
